P assage Hostel is located in a small pedestrian passageway in Zagreb. It occupies a number of small locals where each is transformed into a separate hostel room. The rooms are differentiated by the flooring materials which all represent different types of traditional Croatian flooring materials or earth and vegetation types. The windows of all the rooms are treated as an continuous picture which portraits one of Croatians cultural heritage trademarks, a local type of embroidery, which is blown up in scale and pixelated in such a way to serve as a glass shading.
